SACPRSD

At SACPRSD, learning goes hand in hand with an action oriented academic programme—empowering students to build careers that promote peaceful coexistence, foster inclusive economies, and strengthen the bonds of a region united by shared aspirations. A distinctive feature of this programme is its experiential learning framework, which allows students to pursue one or all of the following options during their course of study:

  • Field Engagements (Compulsory): Students contribute to Lumbini’s educational landscape by spending time in local schools, interacting with teachers and students, and supporting initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education.
  • Internships: Opportunities to work with industries, corporate houses, institutions, and think tanks provide practical exposure and help bridge academic learning with real-world applications.
  • Mentorships: A unique component designed to connect students with industry leaders, senior professionals, and former diplomats who provide guidance, career insights, and training in their chosen fields.
  • Academic Forums: Participation in seminars, conferences, and symposiums where students not only engage with leading scholars and practitioners but also contribute as presenter and opportunity to be members of the organizing committee.
  • Research Project: Students, who will be interested to be migrated to a full-fledged Post Graduate Programme from PGD Prpgramme, will be trained to be involved in research projects.

Together, these elements make SACPRSD a dynamic and holistic learning environment—where education transcends classrooms, theory meets practice, and students are nurtured to become thoughtful leaders and changemakers in the pursuit of peace and sustainable development.
